2022 ANNUAL STOCKHOLDERS' MEETING OF VISTAMALLS, INC

In light of the continuing public health impact of the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19) in the country and to comply with the health and safety directives and advisories from the government, its various agencies and health authorities, we wish to inform all stockholders of Vistamalls, Inc. (“STR”) will be hosting its 2022 Annual Stockholders’ Meeting (“2022 ASM”) via remote communication as provided for in SEC Memorandum Circular No. 6, series of 2020.

The 2022 ASM will be held on 27 June 2022 in a virtual format or live webcast. The requirements and Procedure to Participate in the 2022 ASM by remote communication and to vote in absentia, as well as the Notice and Agenda for the 2022 ASM are set out in the Preliminary Information Statement (PIS) of the Company, which may be downloaded HERE.

Stockholders who intend to participate in the 2022 ASM via remote communication and to exercise their right to vote in absentia may register starting 30 May 2022 until 17 June 2022 by clicking HERE.
