2024 ANNUAL STOCKHOLDERS' MEETING OF VISTAMALLS, INC
For the convenience of the Company’s stockholders, we wish to inform all stockholders of Vistamalls, Inc. (“STR”) that STR will be hosting its 2024 Annual Stockholders’ Meeting (“2024 ASM”) via remote communication, as provided for in SEC Memorandum Circular No. 6, series of 2020.
The 2024 ASM will be held on 24 June 2024 in a virtual format or live webcast. The requirements and Procedure to Participate in the 2024 ASM by remote communication and to vote in absentia, as well as the Notice and Agenda for the 2024 ASM, are set out in the Information Statement (IS) of the Company, which may be downloaded here.
